We agreed on a "turnkey" development package with completely transparent capital costs (CAPEX): from earthworks to the delivery of the facility. Additionally, our critical services (energy, water, treatment, security, maintenance) operate under fixed-rate contracts, minimizing the variability of operating expenses (OPEX) and facilitating your financial projections.


Expansion phases to grow without interrupting your operation

Our phased development (I, II, and III) allows you to expand your facility whenever you need, without dismantling your current operation. Each land module and each new phase have the same quality of infrastructure and redundant services, ensuring that your growth is continuous and without technical stops or internal relocations.


We sign your leases and service contracts in US dollars or indexed pesos, with clear adjustment clauses. This structure mitigates exchange rate risks and provides you with the certainty of a long-term commitment with predictable payment and renewal conditions.
